Yoga Nidra Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a simple basic meditation where we take our awareness from outside to inside. This can be done while we are lying down on a bed, while in a moving car at the backseat or while you are sitting in a comfortable chair. The comfort of the position is very important. This is a yogik meditation technique to concentrate on awareness on the movement of your navel area.
